Toda Peace Institute Holds Seminar on Peace in Turbulent Times

On February 20, the Toda Peace Institute held a seminar titled “Global Divisions and Challenges to Peace in Turbulent Times” in Tokyo, Japan. The event consisted of two panel sessions that were facilitated by Toda Peace Institute Director Kevin Clements. Five of the institute’s senior research fellows gave presentations on topics including challenges to democracy, the Middle East, and the future of multilateralism. The Toda Peace Institute was founded by President Daisaku Ikeda in 1996.
