Japan for UNHCR Visits the Soka Gakkai Headquarters

On July 26, representatives from Japan for UNHCR, the official agency in Japan supporting the activities of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, visited the Soka Gakkai Headquarters. Masayuki Kawai, newly appointed executive director of Japan for UNHCR, highlighted the current challenges facing refugees worldwide due to the pandemic and expressed his gratitude to the Soka Gakkai for its multi-faceted support of refugees.
