Youth Festival in Buenos Aires

On May 2 and 3, SGI-Argentina (SGIAR) held a youth festival at its Peace Auditorium in Buenos Aires to mark the 30th anniversary of the venue. The event was attended by over 2,000 members and guests, including Nobel Peace Prize laureate Adolfo Pérez Esquivel and Co-President of The Club of Rome Silvia Zimmermann del Castillo. SGIAR youth gave musical and dance performances expressing their resolve to create a peaceful future. An exhibition on SGIAR’s history and the activities of Acción Solidaria Soka was also on display.
