SGI Co-Organizes Side Event at Asia-Pacific Forum on Sustainable Development

On March 30, along with four other faith-based organizations, the Asia Pacific Faith-Based Coalition for Sustainable Development (APFC), of which SGI (Soka Gakkai International) is a founding member, organized an online panel discussion as a side event of the 9th Asia-Pacific Forum on Sustainable Development (APFSD). The discussion was held under the theme “Building Back Better through Gender and Climate Interventions: Initiatives from Faith Actors.” Hiro Sakurai, director of the SGI Office for UN Affairs in New York, gave closing remarks.
